Fuel iX is the result of a combined effort by TELUS, TELUS Digital and WillowTree and is already in use by all three companies, with more than 35,000 total users.



The platform was created to fill a gap left by other GenAI solutions—to enable enterprise-scale management of an organization's generative AI applications, foundation models, data sources, and tools, and run them inside a framework built from the ground up to deliver safe, responsible, and accurate AI-powered experiences.

TELUS is a recent recipient of an international Outstanding Organization 2023 prize from the Responsible AI Institute, and TELUS GenAI application running Fuel iX is the first to have been certified in Privacy by Design (ISO 31700-1).
